我们的立场

卫理公会《社会准则Social Principles》中有关“公民自由与公民权利Civil Liberties and Civil Rights”（81.III.D.2）：

我们主张【言论自由】、【集会自由】、【出版自由】及【广播自由】。运用这些自由的基本责任和理由，是完全符合真理的。We stand for freedom of speech, assembly, and press and broadcasting. The fundamental responsibility in the use of these freedoms and the justification of their exercise is adherence to the truth.

我们主张，一切私人和团体有权利，以和平与合乎宪法的方法，来解决面对社会的困难。
We stand for the right of all individuals and groups to advocate any peaceful and constitutional method for the solution of the problems that confront society.
